Only 25 miles from the border and steps to the quiet sandy beach. You will have a beautiful view from the large 2nd-floor deck equipped with a gas bbq and a big table for outdoor dining

We have an even better view from the enclosed 3rd-floor copula.

The upstairs great room with a wood-burning fireplace, a terribly out-of-tune piano bar, board games, and room for the group to all hang out.
